As crazy as it seems, three years have already passed since my first experience with totality, which occurred on this date in 2017. Wow. What a fantastic memory! I hope you have some good memories from the event too. To celebrate, I assembled a collection of my favorite images from my eclipse adventure. All of the images are mine, but a quick acknowledgment to Bray Falls for processing the high def version on the bottom row.
So much of our time these days is spent looking back. I guess it’s a by-product of Covid Standard Time (who turned me on to that phrase?). If you want something to look forward to, I have just the thing for you. I mentioned in my last post that I’m giving an online talk at the next meeting of the Southern Appalachian Nature Photographers (SANP). It’s a Zoom talk and it is free and it will happen on August 25 at 7:00 pm EDT. If you’re interested in attending, let me know by e-mail. If you’ve already contacted me, no need to repeat. I’ll send you some more details soon. My e-mail address is located in the contact page of my website.
Have a great weekend!
